Conference Packages (all prices exclude VAT)

• Full Day Conference Package: R450,00
  
  
• Half Day Conference Package: R360,00
  
  
• Half Day Conference Package: Including lunch or breakfast R395,00
  


• Venue Hire, over & above conference package:
  
  Apollo Room: R12 500, for conferences for more than 45pax or less than 85pax
  
  Annex Room: R5 000, for conferences of less than 70pax
  
  Summer House: R5 000, for conferences of less than 60pax
  
  
• Boardroom Booking hourly rate, with refreshments on consumption R1750,00 per hour.

For Conferences of 10 delegates & less please contact a co-ordinator for rates.

Venue Hire

• Breakfast:
  Venue booked for a 4 hour period from when guests arrive
  Less than 280pax - R24 500,00
  More than 280pax - R26 500,00
  
  
• Corporate Lunch:
  Venue booked for a 5 hour period from when guests arrive
  Less than 280pax - R31 500,00
  More than 280pax - R34 050,00
  
  
• Corporate Dinner:
  Venue booked for a 5 hour period from when guests arrive
  Less than 280pax - R31 500,00
  More than 280pax - R34 050,00
  
  
• Cocktail:
  Venue booked for a 5 hour period from when guests arrive
  Less than 280pax - R24 500,00
  More than 280pax - R26 500,00
  
  
• Private Function / Wedding / Bar / Batmitzvah:
  Breakfast / Lunch / Cocktail / Dinner
  Venue booked for an 8 hour period from when guests arrive
  Less than 280pax - R31 500,00
  More than 280pax - R34 050,00
  
• Halaal / Hindu Events:
  Breakfast / Lunch / Cocktail / Dinner / Private or Corporate
  Venue booked for an 8 hour period from when guests arrive

Venue Hire on a Room Basis

This does not offer you complete exclusivity of the Banqueting Area for the duration of your function. There might be a set up or function in one of the other rooms at the same time as your function. Function times are dependant on the type of event that has been booked.

• Annex Room: R14 750,00

• Melville Terrace: R12 500,00
  
  
• Summer House: R18 000,00

- Should you exceed the allocated time period, 10% of the venue hire will be charged per hour or part thereof thereafter.
- Venue Hire does not include waiter hourly rates.
- Set up the day prior and/or strike day, 75% of the venue hire is payable ie. R23 625,00 is 75% of R31 500,00
- All prices exclude VAT at 14%.
- All prices are subject to change from time to time.
- Commission payable: 10% on venue hire and conference packages only.
