Martha Stewart creates this decadent and deliciously dreamy hot cocoa drink that uses dark chocolate and thickened cream. An intoxicating winter treat.
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 150g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Large pinch of ground nutmeg
Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through (don't boil). Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined.
Garnish with mini marshmallows and serve
